Specifications

DISK PROVIDED TO ADVENT MUST INCLUDE:

Scanned images must be saved in the correct color mode at the correct size, in the proper file format
for the final output process and be included with the job. All files should have proper sizing and proportioning.
Color match to PMS colors will match as closely as possible - Advent does not guarantee an exact color match.  This is the purpose of the hard proofs.
DO NOT EMBED imported images, they must be linked, in the proper color mode (RGB, CMYK, Spot) and included separately on the disk (at at least100 dpi final size).

 

Email Digital File Requirements

 - Format according to above instructions
 - Files can be compressed using Stuffit or Zipit
 

FTP File Instructions

 - Put all files into one folder and Zip or Stuff them
 - Go to ftp.adventresults.com
 - Call for username and password (877-4CRUZEN)
 - Copy and paste file to site
              - Macs must use an FTP client

Accepted Software Programs

 - Illustrator CS3 (and earlier)
 - Photoshop CS3 (and earlier)
 - Quark Express
 - InDesign CS3
 

Accepted Media

 - DVD Disk
 - CD Rom
 - A color hard copy of the artwork.
 - PMS colors need to be setup in the file and indicated on the hardcopy.
 - All fonts need to be specified on the hardcopy. Convert all text to paths or outlines (or include both printed and screen fonts for any font used).
